  • 12 crostinis (small toasted rounds of French bread)
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) goat cheese or cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tomato, halved, then thinly sliced
  • 1/2 C (60 ml) Olive Tapenade, prepared

Preparation


 
  • Spread each crostini with goat cheese.
  • Top with a slice of tomato and a dollop of Tapenade.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve.
